Frequently Asked Questions
How long is a full session?
A full session is one hour in length.
What do you suggest you wear?
I prefer bright colors or darker color clothing compared to white. White is fine in some instances, but it can also wash people out.
Keeping with solid colors is best- some patterns are fine however as long as they aren't too busy. Think about what kind of emotion you want to evoke from your pictures. Are you doing urban, park, or in-studio? This will help you to decide what kind of outfits to bring. Watch for my "what to wear posts" beginning soon on the blog.
How long will it take to receive my proofs?
Most galleries are ready to view within 7 to 10 days. I will e-mail you to let you know when your gallery is ready. At this time you can tell me when you would like your online ordering period to be. Your order must be placed within the time frame you tell me, otherwise there will be a $35 charge to renew your gallery. You can specify a specific 10 day window that you would like to be your active gallery time.
How long will my online gallery be available?
Your gallery will be active for 10 days. (A time specified by you). If you need additional time there will be a $35 charge.
How long will it take for me to receive my prints or digital collection?
Prints are usually received back from the lab within 3-5 business days, but please allow up to 10 days especially during the busy holiday season. Digital collections usually take about 1 to 2 weeks to process.
Orders must be paid in full before any digital collections will be finalized or print orders placed.
Where are you located?
